  • Moderate fermentation rate, relatively cold-tolerant, and low hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and foam production
  • Saccharomyces cerevisiae cerevisiae strain
  • Isolated by the National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment (INRAe) in Alsace, France.
Frequently used in: Pinot gris, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Muscat, other aromatic whites, cider
