- Isolated by Lallemand Oenology in collaboration with the research center of Inter-Rhône, France.
Frequently used in: high °Brix musts, Zinfandel, Syrah
Alcohol Tolerance: 18%
Nitrogen Needs: Low
Temperature Range: 55-95°F
