LALVIN SENSY™ respects varietal aromas and produces aromatic esters while balancing mouthfeel and freshness.
  • Especially suitable for wines that struggle with H2S and sulfur off-odors
  • Enhances citrus and tropical fruit aromas and contributes subtle mineral notes
  • SENSY has a very short lag phase
  • Total SO2 prior to inoculation should not exceed 50 ppm
  • Low production of acetaldehyde
