Reviews (4)

  • From Naparbier

I really like this strain for Imperial Stouts, it tolerates high alcohol content, and the neutral profile makes a well-balanced beer, not too dry nor too sweet.
  • From Rio Azul

Nottingham offers us consistency in our fermentation process and allows us to achieve target attenuation levels in certain recipes.
  • From Braxton Brewing

Bry-97 has become our primary strain for most American styles and we have moved some of our core products to it from pitchable liquid, we couldn’t be happier with the results!”
  • From Moo Brew

A clean yeast with subtle apricot and stone fruit esters and we can easily push the BRY-97 up to 10 generations.
