Phosphate Titres is a blend of diammonium phosphate (DAP) and thiamin (vitamin B1) for nutrient supplementation of deficient musts. Wine yeast requires a supply of thiamin for healthy fermentations. Phosphate Titres can help ensure regular yeast multiplication and sugar utilization. Add at the end of lag phase in low YAN must/juice or at 1/3 sugar depletion.

To Use: Suspend Phosphate Titres in cold water and mix well before adding to juice or must.

Storage: Dated expiration. Store in a cool and dry environment below 25°C (77°F).

Recommended for use with:  DAP and thiamin blend for optimized fermentations.

Recommended Dosage: 6 g/hL (0.5 lb/1000 gal)*

*Please Note: This product contains thiamin. The TTB Maximum Legal Dose for thiamin hydrochloride = 0.60 mg/L (0.005 lb/1000 gal) of wine or  juice. 21 CFR 184.1875​​​​
