This Guth add-on accessory replaces the nose of your mixer and adds an injection/sample valve for use during mixing. This valve has a wide range of potential applications, from using gas to blow residual wine back into the mixing tank during changeovers to allowing the operation to draw samples during the operation to ensure proper mixing has occurred. The precision welds and Tri-Clamp connection take care of any sanitation concerns. Uses the standard 2" Tri-Clamp connection.
