Direct inoculation yeast for whites and rosés
HOP WR™ can be added directly to juice without rehydration with no compromise on performance compared to standard rehydration.- Uniquely selected and produced for direct inoculation
- Enhances aroma in white and rosé wines, even under challenging fermentation condition
- Low malic acid consumption helps to preserve freshness
- High resistance to SO2
- Low production of H2S and volatile acidity
- Saccharomyces cerevisiae cerevisiae strain
Alcohol Tolerance: 16%
Nitrogen Needs: LOW-MEDIUM
Temp. Range: 57–86°F (14-30°C)
Usage: Add HOP WR during tank filling or directly to the juice. For very large tanks, HOP WR can also be resuspended in 10 times its weight in room temperature water/juice. Stir gently and add to the juice.
