Description

Strong and reliable ML strain for both red and white wines

EASY-MALIC™ is an Oenococcus oeni wine bacteria that quickly starts and completes malolactic fermentation.
  • Can be added directly to the tank without specific rehydration protocols
  • Can be stored refrigerated (39°F) (Does not require deep freezing)
  • Low production of diacetyl and volatile acidity
  • Used for sequential inoculation, add after completion of alcoholic fermentation
  • Oenococcus oeni strain
Frequently used in: All styles of red, white, and rosé wines
Alcohol Tolerance: 16%
pH: >3.2
Temp: 61–72°F

Usage: Add directly to wine and mix thoroughly.
Storage: Dated expiration. For short term (<18 months) store at 4°C (39°F). For long term (>18 months) store at –18°C (0°F).
