COVID-19 Harvest Statement

Monday, August 24, 2020
The health and safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance to us. In order to best protect our customers and our employees, Scott Labs will be significantly reducing in-person visits, meetings and other activities with our customers this harvest. We will focus our energy and site visits on emergency services for equipment as well as training. We are committed to slowing the spread of this virus and reducing the impact on our community and our industry. We hope that each visit moved to a digital experience (via Zoom, Teams, etc.) is one less opportunity for this virus to impact the wine community.

On-site technical services will continue with the utmost respect to safety of our customers. Our staff are required to wear face and eye coverings as well as any other necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) required by our customers. In all cases we will respect social distancing guidelines.

We very much look forward to the day when we can visit our friends again in person and with the casual spirit our industry has nurtured. In the meantime, we believe it is in our industry's and community's best interest to refrain from non-essential activities until conditions improve.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these difficult times together. Please reach out to us should you have a concern about this policy or emergency need for our support. We will do everything within safe guidelines to accommodate.

Wishing you a happy, healthy and successful harvest!
