Key Updates

Healdsburg Facility Reopening
We are happy to announce that as of Monday, May 18th our Healdsburg location will be open Monday-Friday with limited staff, 8:00am-4:30pm (closed for lunch from 1-1:30pm).

Due to our limited staffing, we are encouraging customers to call ahead to place your orders so our staff can arrange a contact-less pickup. Please call 707-765-6666 to place an order. We appreciate your cooperation to help keep our staff and our customers safe and healthy, and look forward to seeing you soon!

Beginning Thursday, March 19th, our Paso Robles facility will be suspending Point of Sale operations due to the Shelter in Place order for San Luis Obispo County.

As of Wednesday, March 18th, Sonoma County is ordered to Shelter in Place. Order fulfillment and Cork production operations continue at our Petaluma facility, but all non-essential staff are working remotely. Our Healdsburg facility has suspended Point of Sale operations.

As of Monday, March 16th, 2020, we are accepting and fulfilling orders from our Petaluma facility. However, there may be delays with the delivery.

Due to current conditions in their region of Italy, we can expect delays in the shipment of emergency spare parts that we may not have in stock in the United States.
