How it Works
Glucanase Premier is a food-grade Beta-glucanase enzyme that can completely or partially break down both soluble and insoluble celluloses and hemicelluloses, such as those found in wheat, barley, and other cereals. Removal of these beta-glacan compounds reduces issues associated with "stuck mashes," decreases the beer's load on filter media, and protects against chill haze.
Application & Dosage
Glucanase Premier is available in a liquid preparation. Add 200-400 mL/tonne (165-335 mL/ton) of grist in the brewhouse. Add 0.1-0.3 mL/hL in beer.
Can be applied to brewing, fruit juice, wine, and potable alcohol.
