This is the pin shaft hub assembly on an Armbruster Rotovib. Wear to this assembly is a leading cause of failure for the machine's bellows. The hub assembly SHOULD be replaced if the bellows are showing signs of wear and MUST be replaced if the bellows are torn. This typically occurs Approx. every 5 years
