Willmes Presses

A new generation of Willmes presses has now come to the forefront. Merlin and Sigma Presses represent the newest innovation in pressing technology. Both presses feature central juice extraction that reduces the distance traveled by the juice itself. Sigma designs also offer flexible juice screens that allow for much easier sanitation and handling.

Velo Pneumatic Presses
 Velo Pneumatic presses offer a wide range of pressing capabilities. Perforated tanks allow for fast drainage and easy cleaning. Closed tanks and presses with perforated surfaces are available. Scott offers Velo presses within the 600 - 4200 L (160 - 1110 gal.) range and axial feed is standard on all models. Computer automation and CIP washing systems are available as options.
